I always look forward to being part of the solution in my patient's healthcare.
By bringing clarity and insight of my experience and training I invite the patient to recalibrate in body, mind and spirit.
I am passionate about health, wellness, and offering solutions to empower my patients. My interest for herbology and botanical medicine started over 30 years ago when I was living in the south of France. There I experimented the health benefits of many botanical infusions ("tisanes") that were beneficial at so many levels. See my favorite garden after dinner herbal tea recipe here. Presently working with botanical medicines, acupuncture, anatomy and subtle energies, my patients have choices when it comes to their health and well being.
I have accompanied many on their journey to reconnect with their dis-ease and assit often in illustrating how better self care plus better self understanding allows one's whole being to shift towards balance and health.
Once a student and forever a student! I have been fortunate enough to study with a series of exceptional teachers some of whom are still actively mentoring me. When not working I enjoy being in nature, cooking, art, spending time with family and friends, hiking, travelling, and the slower pleasures in life.
